How is CareSpace priced?
Plans are billed per resident (or person supported) per month, so your costs scale with your service. Annual billing and group discounts are available.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long lock-ins. We'll agree a term that suits you, with help migrating from paper or your current system included.
Can we move our existing data across?
Yes, our team helps you import residents, care plans and key records as part of onboarding.
Do families pay for the portal?
No. Family portal access is included, there's no charge to the people you support or their representatives.
